In June 2000, Quentin Pereira started “Eurasian Delight”, a Kopitiam stall in Changi Business Park, selling Eurasian fare. Over time he managed to get a loyal following and six-years on, the business expanded into a casual dining restaurant along East Coast Road and ultimately moving to the Eurasian Community House with a catering arm and  bakery to boot.

 

Quentin’s the Eurasian restaurant, is giving Eurasian fare a representation in Singapore’s vast food-scape and has now blossomed into a well-established restaurant that is endeared by many in the Eurasian community as well as the local and foreign patrons with its hearty and traditional family recipes, passed down from generations.
