A familiar traditional kueh, recognised by its rounded tortoise-shell form, intricate moulded patterns and the banana leaf it rests on. Traditionally red, a colour associated with joy and celebration, the ang ku kueh has evolved through different colours and flavours, from the familiar green of coconut-filled varieties to butterfly pea blue and yam purple.

The Ang Ku Kueh Magnet reimagines these distinctive details in miniature, from its softly rounded silhouette and raised rim to the central 寿 character and sculpted banana leaf base. Carefully considered in its proportions, form and texture, the familiar kueh takes on a new expression as a small decorative object for everyday spaces. Available in five colourways — Red, Green, Blue, Purple and Orange.
