As quality and freshness is our priority, we do not hold stock on-site and do not accept walk-in orders.
However, you’re welcome to place a pre-order for self-collection.

May I opt for self pickup?

Accepted Answer

Self-collection is available at 28 Sin Ming Lane, Singapore 573972.
Collection is available between 5–7pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically ready in 3–5 business days.
We’ll send you an email and WhatsApp message once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for our collection-ready notification before coming down.

What are the delivery options available for local (Singapore) orders?

We offer 4 fulfilment options:

(1) Self-Collection (3 – 5 business days)
Collect at 28 Sin Ming Lane, Singapore 573972.
Collection is available 5pm – 7pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp notification once your order is ready.

(2) Flexi-Delivery (5 – 10 business days) — $5
Office addresses: 10am – 6pm
Residential addresses: 10am – 10pm
Free flexi-delivery is available for orders above $50.

(3) Home Delivery (Residential addresses, fixed date) — $15
Select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Delivery window: 2pm – 9pm

(4) Priority Delivery (Office addresses, fixed date) — $20
Select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Delivery window: 2pm – 5pm

Delivery fees vary based on address type and selected delivery option. Orders are fulfilled by our delivery partners within the following timelines:

Flexi-Delivery (5 – 10 business days) — $5
Office addresses: 2pm – 5pm
Residential addresses: 2pm – 9pm
Free flexi-delivery is available for orders above $50

Home Delivery (Residential addresses) — $15
Delivery window: 2pm – 9pm

Priority Delivery (Office addresses) — $20
Delivery window: 2pm – 5pm

During festive peak periods, delivery windows may be extended depending on availability.
We recommend selecting the delivery option that best suits your timeline at checkout to ensure smooth fulfilment.
